    Derry Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Representative for our fast-paced call center. This full-time position of 40 hours per week will be part of a collaborative team that provides excellent customer service to patients and referring physicians.

    The key responsibilities include:

    • Answering phone calls.
    • Registering patients.
    • Scheduling appointments.
    • Directing calls to other members of the Derry Imaging team.

    This role is based in our call center located in Windham, with working hours primarily between 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility is essential as you work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills and patient compassion are critical in this position.

    Qualifications:

    • A high school diploma with at least two years' experience in a medical office is required.
    • Basic medical terminology and insurance knowledge are required.
    • Radiology scheduling experience is strongly preferred.
    • Proficiency in computer software applications and excellent typing skills are necessary.
    • A high level of attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain constant interruptions are essential.
    • Above-average organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
    • A demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA), is necessary.

    Derry Imaging Center offers a competitive hourly salary and comprehensive benefits, including medical insurance, paid time off, and 401K after 32 hours of work. We are an independently owned and operated practice, accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) in Mammography, Ultrasound, MRI, and CT Imaging, and have fellowship-trained radiologists on site. Our offices are located in Bedford, Concord, Derry, Dover, Londonderry, Raymond, and Windham, New Hampshire.
