Angela Krause Ford Lincoln is seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor Custodian in our fast-paced, exciting Service Department. We look forward to welcoming you to the Krause Family

Janitor Custodian – Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general clean up of all areas of the building as directed
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas and parking lot
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
• Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
• Ensure waiting rooms are maintained and fully equipped
• Clean glass windows and doors in the service department
• Sweep and mop Service Drive, waiting areas, and the shop
• Dispose of scrap metal/used parts
• Dispose of used tires
• Blow leaves out of service drive

Janitor Custodian – Requirements:

• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
• Hands-on and team-oriented
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership
• Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Capacity to take direction
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary
