Credit Card Specialist - Greensboro, United States - Market America
Description
Position Summary:
The Credit Card Specialist will gather and tracks compliance of corporate credit cards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs work that involves highly confidential and sensitive material.
Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence through phone, email, Teams and text.
Acts as liaison to vendors and Executive Team for obtaining required documentation.
Maintains the inventory of records and archives to ensure proper compliance and organization.
Creates various types of reports, as needed.
Scans and files for record keeping purposes.
Complies with company policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Education and Experience:
Two-year associates degree.
Two to three years of experience in administrative, recording keeping, or related field.
Or combination of equivalent experience, education, and training.
Skills:
Proficient use Excel and Microsoft Office (Intermediate or higher).
Moderate to above moderate levels of English speaking, writing, and reading comprehension; active listening; service orientation; troubleshooting; judgment; organization; attention to detail, and persuasion.
Working Conditions and Environment:
Intermittently lift, carry, pull, and push up to 25 pounds.
Continuously see, sit, and have balance.
Frequently hear, talk, grasp, and have repetitive use of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers
Occasionally stand and stoop/bend.
Intermittently stand, stoop/bend, twist, crouch, kneel, crawl, walk, climb ladders and stairs, operate foot and hand controls, reach above shoulder, and squeeze.
Exposure to electrical equipment, low to medium noise levels, and mild temperatures of hot and cold.Frequent use of computer.
Long or odd hours, as needed.
Performs any other functions and duties assigned and necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of Market America.
