Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Cardiothoracic Services team based at Freeman Hospital.The clinical board of Cardiothoracic Services provides specialist treatment for all types of cardiac and respiratory related conditions in adults and children,
including interventional and medical cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, cardiac critical care,
transplant and ventricular assist devices (VADs). This post leading and developing the clinical pharmacy service within adult services is a fantastic opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Liaison with the board regarding the safe
and effective use of medicines including audit cost-improvement plans
and governance including guideline production.
