    Overview:

    Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Treasury Team.

    This role provides a unique ability to collaborate with all areas of the organization (Operations, Accounting, Tax, Sales, Engineering, etc.), lead company initiatives independently or with a team, and provide analysis to support decision-making across all levels of management.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide varying levels of financial analysis to support business initiatives:
      • International entity profit and loss reviews
      • Collaborate with project managers on cost expenditure and budget performance
      • Review impact of foreign currencies to financial statements and international pricing
    • Help establish the annual Capital Budget plan and forecast annual expenditures
    • Initiate and lead cross-functional discussions to identify and resolve cash-related issues
    • Drive Treasury related projects - consolidations in banking, improve internal banking services, cost improvement and efficiency opportunities, to drive technology improvements banking practices
    • Contribute in developing the annual cashflow forecast and monthly cash variance reviews
    • Support and lead preparation of the Quarterly Board of Director written reports
    • Actively manage the Company's investment portfolio and explore future investment options
    • Support with Treasury compliance and risk management
    • Assist in managing day-to-day banking operations and processing payments
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum, cumulative GPA of a 3.0 for all degrees earned; MBA or CFA in active pursuit is preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or finance (experience in corporate treasury is preferred)
    • Experience and proficiency with: Microsoft Office, JD Edwards and SAP financial systems
