• - Provide insights and contribute to the team's strategic direction.- Help expand Customer Zero use cases to ensure alignment with Product, Sales andEngineering- Address internal customer tickets and issues using ServiceNow and knowledge ofAcrobat Sign and Acrobat Services, looping in supporting teams where needed.- Build and test out solutions as part of POCs using technical skills with APIs, JSON, HTML,JavaScript, etc- Compile findings and feedback on POCs and relay to internal teams in a professionalmanner- Assist with key internal customer meetings- Provide subject matter expertise and act as an internal consultant/evangelist- Partner with and knowledge share across our internal customers and partners

• Ideal candidates will have one of the following: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant proven experience
• Configuration experience with Acrobat Sign
• Experience architecting API-based workflows that integrate Enterprise Tech Stacks
• Experience architecting API-based workflows that integrate Enterprise Tech Stacks

• Experience level:

• Minimum 3 years of experience
