Job summary
+We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Back of House Director to join our team at 156th & Maple Chick-fil-A+ location.+ You will be responsible for leading the back of house team in food safety procedures and quality checks, as well as developing processes for food cost management and inventory control.+ If you have previous kitchen experience in an operational and leadership role, we encourage you to apply.

- Hold Shift Leaders and Team Members accountable to quality and operational standards in order to meet customer experience and profitability goals.
