    Key Responsibilities:

    Propagating net requirements upstream in the value stream and/or propagation of constrained plans downstream through conversion & distribution supply chain nodes

    Creating Network RCCP and MPS, and reviewing multi-site constraints to balance E2E Demand and Supply
    Reviewing distribution forecast, creating plan receipts, and managing inventory transfers and facilitating movement of inventory between notes in the supply chain
    Efficiently executing regional deployment plans from one or more locations to affiliate customers
    Adheres to environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives.
    Verifies and integrates supply chain optimization data, forecast, and transactional data
    Checks net requirements outputs from planning system to ensure proper propagation of net requirements plans upstream in the supply chain
    Verifies net requirements, and communicates then releases net requirements
    Creates Network RCCP & MPS with risk/tradeoff assumptions and creates a feasible supply plan based on capacity
    Reviews multi-site constraints to balance E2E Demand and Supply, creating and confirming feasible MPS
    Communicates/hands over Network RCCP/MPS plan to sites within value stream
    Verifies and integrates supply chain optimization data, forecast, and transactional data
    Checks deployment solve outputs from planning system to ensure proper proposition requirements downstream in the supply chain
    Manages deployment orders exceptions (reviews, approves, changes, rejects)
    Manages inventory transfers & monitors STO, PO/SO life cycle
    Communicates/hands over distribution plans to CLS
    Builds and maintains strong working relationship with upstream and downstream supply chain partners
    Proposes changes to Supply Chain Optimization elements (business rules, planning parameters) as necessary to E2E and Site-level planners
    Works flawlessly with affiliate supply chain teams using regional and/or local systems to most effectively execute the supply plans based on the parameters and guidelines established

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education:

    University bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF) desirable.

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    At least 4 years related experience
    Ability to apply project and personal leadership to successfully achieve project, team, and individual goals.
    Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, considering diverse perspectives and styles.

    Ability to target their communications as appropriate for the audience and make presentations to a small to medium sized audience.

    The ability to influence others in a matrix environment.
    Ability to analyze data to identify and resolve exceptions aiming to minimize supply disruptions
    Ability to work with multiple scenarios, identify costs/benefit trade-offs and make recommendations supported on data and insights.

    Preferred:

    Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred
    Supply, Production or Demand Planning experience is preferred

    Other:

    English fluency is required
    Less than 10% travel
