- Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming bathing catheter care pericare dressing following care policy guidelines
- Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
- Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices proper body mechanics
- Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals weights intake/output meal consumption
- Assist with Positioning: Turn reposition residents routinely for comfort safety
