Overview
Seeking experienced Oil and Gas Accountant for independent full cycle upstream O&G Company with multiple entities. This candidate will need to have Revenue and Accounts Receivable experience in the O&G space, experience with reports, recording revenue for properties and JIB netting process along with the additional functions below.

Functions

• Responsible for monthly account reconciliations of revenue and A/R balances
• Work with accounting team on monthly JIB netting process.
• Maintain and setup all non-operated properties and their operator in the BOLO accounting system, including obtaining W9, DOIs, JOA, etc – Work with Land dept to link newly created wells to ILandman system.
• Prepare small number of A/R invoices due at beginning of each month per each Master Service Agreement that is provided.
• Apply all monthly A/R payments received.
• Responsible for monthly account reconciliations of revenue and A/R balances
• Ability to coordinate the integration of new wells and/or acquired properties. Enervest and Amplify
• Record oil, gas and NGL revenues for operated and non-operated properties.
• RRC & OOC Production PR and State compliance reporting on all operated wells
• Pull all monthly revenue statements from online sources, will work heavily in the online Energylink system.
• Maintain employee confidence and protect company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
• Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles
