HR Director, US Site Lead - New Brighton

Job summary
We're looking for an HR Director to lead our Radiometer site in New Brighton, Minnesota. As a trusted advisor to the Site Lead and local leadership team, you'll drive and execute HR activities with a strong focus on compliance, engagement, talent retention and development.In this role, you will have the opportunity to support site growth plans through effective collaboration with TA and hiring managers; strengthen organizational capability and succession planning.
Ensure adherence to federal state
,local labor laws as well as regulatory requirements (e.g. MDSAP,FDA ,ISO,GDPR)
The essential requirements of the job include Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Administration or related field Master's degree preferred.10+ years of progressive HR experience including at least two years in an HR leadership role leading direct reports solid knowledge of U.S.labor employment laws experience in regulated industry such as medical devices diagnostics life sciences proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint .</p>
