    Job Description

    A key member of the procurement team, the Procurement Associate plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage the timely entry of purchase requisitions, maintaining accurate records and adherence to company standards.
    • Collaborate with assigned contracts to negotiate agreements that meet business objectives.
    • Handle new intake engagements from the procurement inbox, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Assist the management team with year-end processing of Purchase orders, ensuring compliance and financial accuracy.
    • Monitor yearly spending and forecasting, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
    • Support the management team in achieving organizational goals.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables and V-lookup) and Oracle experience preferred.

    Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure is an estimate based on industry standards for similar roles.
