We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry/General Office Support professional to join our dynamic team during our Proxy Voting Season.This role offers an engaging environment where your attention to detail and organizational abilities will make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
- Enter data from Proxy Search Cards into databases and spreadsheets with precision and efficiency
- Maintain and update records through filing, data collection, and document management
- Perform data entry tasks and updating information in company databases and Microsoft Excel
- Support office operations by managing filing systems, organizing documents, handling clerical duties such as copying scanning
- Prior experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Excel office applications data entry tools
