- Collaborate with the team on Federal and State tax planning, including annual projections and quarterly estimates.
- Oversee projects pertaining to tax credits and incentives, and provide guidance to leadership on how to maximize benefits and minimize risks.
- Provide support for tax provision process including calculations and recording of book to tax differences.
- Act as a partner to the operations team and communicate in regards to the tax implications of future endeavors
- Assist as needed on federal, state, and local income tax compliance
- 5 to 6+ years experience in corporate tax
- 3+ years in partnership tax
- CPA preferred
- Federal income tax provision experience
- Exposure to complex partnership structures
- Advanced Excel skills
