Join Cleveland Clinic's G81 Complex Medical Care with ENT/Plastics Step-Down Unit as a Registered Nurse and experience being a part of a ANCC Magnet Designated Hospital while building an exceptional career. On our G81 Unit, you will be caring for adult patients in our Complex Medical Care area that have a variety of diagnoses, as well as caring for patients in our ENT/Plastics eight-bed step-down unit. These patients are recovering from various reconstructive surgeries and require highly specialized care that you will be equipped to give. You will have the chance to work with acute and chronic medical conditions, including head and neck cancer, surgical flaps and grafts, renal failure, diabetes, hypertension, pneumonia and sepsis. O ur Nursing Unit presents a unique opportunity to nurses as the unit is both a specialty surgical step-down unit and a general medical unit.
What to expect during your residency program:
• A success coach will be available 24/7
• Weekly check-ins to ensure personal and professional goals are met
• Personal assessments to determin e areas for growth and opportunity
• 10 to 12 week s of orientation along with 10 residency days throughout the first year

In this unit, you will learn, grow and develop:

· Staff is supported by clinical instructors and clinical nurse specialists, who provide ongoing education.
