- Board certification with credentials such as CNP, PA-C, or PAL (MPAS certification is a valuable bonus).
- A minimum of one year of prior experience in Dermatology (whether in general, cosmetic, surgical, or wound care).
- A strong collaborative spirit to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- The capability to provide essential medical oversight for the clinical care delivered to patients.
