    Rehab Director

    at our new community in Cedar Rapids, IA
    The Rehab Director is responsible for the efficient operations of rehabilitation services in his/her assigned community.

    The Rehab Director ensures the delivery of the highest standard and quality of rehabilitation services are delivered efficiently while obtaining the best possible outcomes for patients.


    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
    Supervises Rehabilitation personnel providing therapies within account(s).
    Assumes responsibility for daily staffing and utilization, scheduling, budget items, performance evaluations, and referrals.
    Appropriate utilization of resources, the promotion of clinical programs, and staff development.

    Ensures the clinical management of the rehabilitation department, including oversight related to case management, care planning, appropriate delivery of therapy utilization and patient identification.

    Ensures compliance with company and facility policies, procedures and practices within assigned account areas and reports variances.

    Works closely with Regional Director for identifying potential new business targets and for marketing the services of Blue Stone Therapy Solutions within assigned account areas.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Education and Experience:


    Successful completion of an accredited program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupation Therapy Assistant.

    Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on clinical experience in a therapy services role.
    Must have strong organization and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
    Must work effectively in a team environment and exercise good judgment.
    Experience with Net Health preferred.
