Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional to join our team as an Associate Integrated Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional who can partner with brand teams to deliver cross-channel campaigns and manage day-to-day media and creative activities.
You will be expected to immerse yourself in day-to-day brand activities to effectively ensure media efforts bring to life the best of brand strategies, managing budget, content planning and activation with agencies.
This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives and collaboration is key.
Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.
What You'll Do:
Partner with brand teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with Welch's Brand Platform business goals
Ensure messaging, media tactical plans and creative assets reach target growth audiences across all channels & brand platforms
Ensure integrated campaigns and digital activations are flawlessly executed on-time and on-budget
Manage retailer media creative and tactical plans in alignment with sales customer priorities
Partner with Integrated Marketing Director on all aspects of creative development including briefing, concept selection/refinement, production and final delivery
Act as subject matter expert on all things digital, including media, social, and technology in order to codify and translate into shared learnings that will ultimately elevate the capabilities of our marketing partners
Manage website ensuring all updates are completed accurately
Responsible for tracking competitive activity, leveraging insights to help with annual planning
Promote consistent execution of brand personality, creative tonality, and brand guidelines internally and amongst the Inter-agency team
Manage KPI tracking, coupon redemption/tracking management
Manage project timelines, follow-ups, calendars together with agency partners
Manage and reconcile Integrated Marketing budgets
Provide administrative support as needed, including PO processing, support for meetings, presentations and other marketing-related activities
Who You Are:
Ambitious and responsible marketer who has participated in digital campaigns
Understanding of integrated marketing concepts and channels
Passionate about brands, especially in the food and beverage industry
Ability to collaborate with cross-functionally internally and with agency partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills paired with a passion for creativity
Project management skills with high attention to detail
Self-starter who can quickly identify needs and lead projects, multi-tasking in a lean fast-paced environment
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience that proves competence in role may be considered.
2-3 years of Marketing/advertising experience required, preferably focused on account management at a media or creative agency preferred
Food/Beverage and/or CPG experience preferred
Experience with budget management or administration is highly preferred
