- US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification
- Minimum of 3 years in a formal lead / management position
- Experience with system or subsystem test and integration in engineering laboratory environment
- US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification
- Experience with Agile approaches and Model-Based Engineering (MBE)
- Management experience in a technical setting

What You'll Be Doing:
Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a skilled GN&C System Integration & Test Manager 3 to lead a diverse team of Engineers in developing and utilizing the GBSD Guidance and Aerospace Vehicle Element Laboratories. This role involves guiding test bed design, real-time lab development, simulation creation, and establishing validation strategies. Salary Range: $141,900 - $212,900
The salary range provided serves as a general reference, with actual offers determined based on various factors such as role responsibilities, candidate background, and market conditions. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonuses, including Long Term Incentives for certain roles. Northrop Grumman offers a comprehensive benefits package encompassing health insurance, life and disability coverage, savings plans, paid holidays, and vacation/personal time off.
