    Northrop Grumman Space Systems is in search of a GN&C System Integration & Test Manager 3 for the Sentinel program based in Roy, Utah.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a skilled GN&C System Integration & Test Manager 3 to lead a diverse team of Engineers in developing and utilizing the GBSD Guidance and Aerospace Vehicle Element Laboratories. This role involves guiding test bed design, real-time lab development, simulation creation, and establishing validation strategies. Responsibilities extend to system integration, performance testing, and collaboration with various teams for seamless execution. The position demands a blend of technical expertise and managerial acumen, including resource management, career advancement support, and comprehensive project oversight.

    This role adheres to a 9/80 work schedule, providing a balanced approach where employees have every other Friday off.

    Requirements:

    • 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree; 6 years with a Masters
    • US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification
    • Minimum of 3 years in a formal lead / management position
    • Experience with system or subsystem test and integration in engineering laboratory environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification
    • Experience with Agile approaches and Model-Based Engineering (MBE)
    • Management experience in a technical setting
    • Knowledge of DOORS requirements management tool
    • Prior experience leading teams of 10+ members
    • Experience managing interdisciplinary teams
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Expertise in aircraft or space guidance systems
    • Familiarity with real-time simulators in HWIL
    • Proficiency in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles
    • Knowledge of configuration management best practices, scheduling, and cost estimation
    • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with a focus on meeting project deadlines
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and adept at navigating challenges
    • Familiarity with guidance and control systems

    Salary Range: $141,900 - $212,900
    The salary range provided serves as a general reference, with actual offers determined based on various factors such as role responsibilities, candidate background, and market conditions. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonuses, including Long Term Incentives for certain roles. Northrop Grumman offers a comprehensive benefits package encompassing health insurance, life and disability coverage, savings plans, paid holidays, and vacation/personal time off.
