    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a fulfilling opportunity to positively impact the lives of students in a school setting? ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract position in Mission Viejo, CA. Join our team and contribute to the success of students by providing essential speech and language services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom environment.
    • Provide direct therapy services and consistently monitor and adjust interventions based on student progress.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessment results, treatment plans, and progress reports.
    • Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of personalized education plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
    • Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
