    JD:
    1. Project Management experience with through understanding of project management principles and planning, Agile and Scrum Process.
    2. Experience in Data center Shutdown project and working with App owners for App Decommissions.
    3. Strong Presentation, Documentation, Excel, MS PowerPoint and JIRA skills.
    4. Proven record of managing large programs/ Projects and working closely with Sr executive for presenting the program status.
    5. Working with team members on site , offshore, nearshore. Good People management Skills
    6. Past record of successfully completing projects within time constraints and budget.
    7. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines.
    8. Experience working with stakeholders, removing blockers, managing backlog, updating work, being part of a cross functional team.
    9. knowledge of Infrastructure and data center Setup, Application , Middleware and data bases Operations, container based platforms( PCF, Kubernetes , Docker), On perm & Public Cloud ( AWS, Azure, GCP) and Configuration management Tools ( Ansible, Terraform, Puppet).
    10. Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to staff and stakeholders. Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
    11. Knowledge with Service Management Tools like Servicenow and JIRA
    12. Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates for those materials that are required and resources.
    13. Making sure that the team has the tools /access they need to execute the project.
    14. Good Written and Communication Skills in English.
    15. Knowledge of project management tools and Agile Tools .
    16. Knowledge of creating documentation of each phase of the project, Project Charter, summary reports that will be presented to the organizations management team.
    17. Build relationships with team and Stakeholder to develop a strong working unit and ensure success of a project.
    18. Motivate team as needed for successful delivery of tasks.
    19. Flexible with Timings and available on need for customer via phone or in person . Organized with attention to detail.
    20. Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    Certifications Preferred

    PMP certified by the Project Management Institute
    Cloud certifications like Azure, AWS or GCP would be an added Plus.
    Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field
