    What you will do
    Support the transformation and modernization of the customer's Acquisition and Financial Management systems.

    In this context, modernizing refers to performing the limited development activities necessary to implement customer requested enhancements or to incorporate mandatory changes such as those needed to comply with new security or compliance requirements.

    Modernizing goes beyond typical maintenance, upgrades, and patches but it does not include developing new systems.
    Specifically;
    Requirements focus, coordination between stakeholders.

    Prepare and support delivery of point papers, presentations, briefing charts, spreadsheets and other materials to assist with FRMS Program/AFM project.

    Assist with analyzing, evaluating, reviewing, developing, updating, and enhancing plans, methods, business processes, policies, procedures and systems related to the FRMS Program/AFM project.

    Assist the Program Manager to develop, create, and maintain fiscal Program baseline documentation (i.e. Acquisition Review Board (ARB) and Program Management Review (PMRs)).

    Provide support to the FRMS Program Manager to assure execution within the cost, schedule, and performance baseline of the FRMS Program, through current year (FY) and out-years (FYDP).

    Plan, coordinate, create, maintain and support the execution of FRMS/AFM acquisition/procurement activities, such as Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statements of Work (SOWs), Technical Task Order (TTOs), and Technical CICA memorandums.

    What you will need
    Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program
    management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree
    with a business focus or technical focus is required.

    In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DA WIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be substituted.

    Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred.

    In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be substituted.

    Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
