    Job description

    • Assisting with incoming and outbound calls
    • Inpatient and Outpatient coordination
    • Schedule management
    • Maintaining patients' medical records
    • Attending team huddles and/or meetings
    • Liaises with clinicians, technicians, pharmacy team, and support staff

    Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team

    Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory

    Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences

    Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

    Assist with medical records management, including filing, organizing, and maintaining patient records

    Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information

    Utilize various office software systems to input, retrieve, and update data

    Assist with billing and insurance claims processing

    Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents

    Strong knowledge of office systems and procedures

    Familiarity with medical records management in a healthcare setting

    Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    Ability to operate phone systems and handle multiple calls simultaneously

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

    Experience working in a dental office or medical environment is preferred
