    Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to perform a wide range of automotive tire repairs, changes, balancing, rotations, and TPMS procedures. This position offers tremendous growth potential and promising career opportunities.

    Responsibilities:
    • Review repair order requests and conduct visual inspections of vehicles to accurately assess tire service requirements and determine necessary materials.
    • Perform tire replacements and minor maintenance services with precision and efficiency.
    • Install valve stems and tire-pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) as needed. Mount tires on wheel assemblies and ensure proper inflation.
    • Conduct tire balance tests to guarantee optimal weight placement and stability.
    • Perform short road tests to verify the proper installation and functionality of tires.
    • Review completed service with customers, providing excellent customer service.
    • Adhere to the Company's Quality Control Program, Safety Policy, as well as OSHA and EPA regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
    Desired Qualifications:
    • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training, with at least 6 months of experience as a tire technician.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of non-technical tire and auto service processes and procedures.
    • Proficiency in systems software related to automotive servicing.
    • Preferred Experience:
      • Familiarity with tire and lube requirements and specifications.
      • Knowledge of Mitchell Repair and All-Data software.
      • Understanding of tire requirements, including the use of wheel balancers, tire specifications, Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems, and some drivability diagnostic experience.
      • Certifications:
        • SEMA certification is highly preferred.
        • TIA Automotive Tire Service (ATS) 200 certification is preferred. Level 300 or 400 certification is a plus.
