Join our dynamic team at the Sugar Pine Lounge at LACC as a professional and friendly bartender, where you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our members and guests. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality to ensure our bar provides a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, fostering a welcoming environment
• Manage cash register and process payments accurately
• Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Follow all LACC policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service and safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and clubhouse events

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Valid California Alcohol Server Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
