Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Willow Haven Healthcare & Rehabilitation.Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $35 an hour for RNs.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
