The Robesonian is seeking a General Manager to join our team If you have a passion for journalism, then you may be who were looking for This position will support the business by overseeing daily operations ensuring that all departments work together efficiently to meet business goals and maximize profitability.
This job involves managing budgets and resources to achieve revenue targets creating engagement initiatives to grow subscribers and community connection representing the newspaper at local events town meetings and network functions monitoring readership metrics for content strategy adjusting as needed increasing revenue growth through advertising sales sponsorships special sections and partnerships building strong relationships with the community solving operational issues implementing strategies for improvement acting as editor-in-chief driving enterprise journalism.
