- Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
- Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information and counseling, and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions
- Under the supervision of General Manager, may complete daily management responsibilities, such as:
- Participate in the annual performance review process
- Provide feedback for staff performance improvement and disciplinary action
- 5+ years' nursing experience, preferred
- Work collaboratively with physician to deliver optimum care to patients

Description
The Nurse Practitioner Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of the MosAIC Nursing team to include, day-to day staff management, patient care, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required.
The Supervisor will work as a member of the Nursing Team to coordinate services with our nurses and physicians and will assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient.
