Job summary
The Event Coordinator supports the planning logistics execution of the firm s events including client programs conferences sponsorships internal retreats initiatives.Responsibilities
- Oversee selection ordering distribution branded giveaways gifts support events sponsorships relationship-building initiatives ensure accurate tracking inventory control maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Research vendors maintain relationships ensure high-quality brand-aligned products reflect firm standards.
- Develop manage processes gifting requests across firm ensuring consistency cost-effectiveness timely delivery.
