We're Growing. Fast. Bubble Down Car Wash is Tampa Bay's favorite express car wash - the Official Car Wash of the Tampa Bay Lightning. We're a family-owned, high-energy brand with 6 locations open now and 7 more coming soon (including South Tampa grand opening this week).
We're hiring a high-energy, organized self-starter Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves moving fast, keeping pipelines full, and hitting measurable targets.
This role has great variety. When we're in heavy growth mode you'll move quickly with high-activity recruiting. When we're fully staffed you'll shift into proactive work - hosting job fairs, building partnerships with local schools and universities, and engaging in community outreach to keep our talent pipeline strong.
This is not a "post and pray" recruiting role. It's a fast-response, high-activity position where urgency matters during busy periods. You'll live on the phone, screen candidates daily, and make sure our District and Site Leaders always have strong talent ready to go.
What You'll Own

• Respond to every applicant same-day (90%+ within 24 hours)
• Conduct structured phone screens
• Identify leadership potential and cultural fit
• Schedule interviews and crush no-shows (target 75%+ show rate)
• Maintain active hiring pipelines for 10+ current and future locations - build the bench before openings exist
• Track weekly recruiting metrics and keep optimizing postings
• Fill CSA (Customer Service Associate) roles quickly and Leadership roles efficiently

• 75%+ interview show rate
• Strong 60-day retention on your hires

Requirements

• 1-3 years recruiting, high-volume staffing, or competitive sales experience
• Confident on the phone, decisive, and motivated to win
• Highly organized, detail-driven self-starter
• Competitive about hitting targets and comfortable in a performance-accountable environment

Compensation & Perks

• $50,000-$57,000 base salary (higher end for proven high-volume experience)
• Quarterly performance bonus tied directly to measurable recruiting metrics
