    Job Description


    We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with orthopedic surgeons and doctors, treating a diverse caseload of patients.

    **Essential Job Responsibilities:**
    • Assess patients and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other clinicians.
    • Compile rehabilitation strategies to involve specific exercises to stretch and strengthen muscles, improve posture, balance, and endurance.
    • Document progress, re-evaluate physical findings, and modify treatment strategies as appropriate.
    • Work as a team with various professionals, including physicians, to set a goal of reaching maximal patient functional independence.
    • Assist in restoring, maintaining, and promoting overall fitness and health.
    • Test and measure patients' strength, range of motion, balance, and coordination, posture, muscle performance, respiration, and motor function.
    • Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in patient's chart.
    • Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for re-evaluation.

    **Requirements:**

    Education: Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from accredited program; successful completion of clinical internship. Master's degree in physical therapy preferred.

    Experience: New Grads and Experienced welcome.

    Other Requirements: Current state physical therapist license, current CPR certificate, and any required CEU's for license renewal.
