    Job Title: Change Manager

    Location: Chicago IL

    Duration: 07 Months on W2 Contract

    Description:

    • The client is currently engaging in implementing an eMail retention policy on a global scale. This is an initiative which is being championed by Client Legal and implemented by Digital Workplace. The implementation of this policy will align Client with current industry standard data retention guidelines and policies specific to email. This change will result in emails being retained on 2,3,7 or longer cycles based upon business and regulatory guidelines. This change is significant to the ways of working for Client colleagues around the world.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years of change management experience, global a plus
    • Technology savvy (Microsoft Enterprise tools including SharePoint) is a must
    • Excellent writing and communications skills are a must
    • Social media skills and creative skills are a must
    • Cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills a plus
    • Presentation skills a plus
    • Thrive in a fast-paced fluid and unpredictable environment

    Technology Communications Management/Inform:

    • Assist Regional Leads in providing the right information to the right people at the right time
    • Coordinate with regional leads the distribution of monthly technology news leveraging multiple channels. This includes pulling together the stories from technology leads, creating a newsletter and updating the website.
    • Integrate other forms of online and offline communications channels where needed
    • Manage and send out coordinated tactical communications activities globally per waves of sites working with regional leads through building out communication toolkits and communications trackers
    • Comms plan development/enhancement as needed per site/wave
    • Assist in copywriting as needed
    • Assist in managing crisis communications – advising stakeholders on sensitive communications via issues in delays
    • Identifying interdependencies, challenges, and risks for each wave to prepare accurate communications
    • Coordinate and measure the impact of comms and find innovative ways to adjust plans to support behavioral shifts to ensure change adoption
    • Manage team sites where all materials and assets are to be stored for end users

    Change Enablement/Inspire:

    • Drive readiness and transformation of our smaller-scale projects impacting the region
    • Support the Global Change Team with strategic development, planning and execution to deliver a change and engagement strategy that reflects business objectives for smaller-scale projects in the region.
    • Carrying out change readiness and analysis within regional deployments to identify the impact on end users
    • Assist with stakeholder management where needed
    • Identifying interdependencies, challenges, and risks for each deployment to prepare accurate communications
    • Coordinate and measure the impact of comms and find innovative ways to adjust plans to support behavioural shifts to ensure change adoption
    • Assist the Global change team in building internal engagement for ongoing projects and initiatives.

    Awareness, Adoption & Support/Interact:

    • Support the success of End-User Adoption of our solutions
    • Assist regional change leads with coordinating end-user training including self-help solutions
    • Assist with bookings and coordination of events such as virtual webinars and in-person sessions.
    • Assist with regional upskilling of our tools within our internal ambassador network.
    • Support Training and documentation.
