Job DescriptionWe are a medical services provider. We are looking for a PT Retail Associate.
Hours: WED: 2PM-5PM, THURS: 2PM-5PM, FRI: 2PM-5PM & SAT: 10AM-3PM
The Retail Associate is the primary point of contact for our customers. They provide our customers with quality customer service and a positive experience. Someone with exceptional customer service and multi-tasking abilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for customers, service providers, sales reps, and vendors.
Maintain consistent communication and manage special orders
Help process, stock, and replenish inventory on the sales floor and stock room
Place, handle and follow-up on special orders for customers
Qualifications:
1-2 years of Retail Sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
You have the ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office tools' knowledge (Word and Excel), and Internet search
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Outstanding customer service
A team player with great work ethic and positive attitude
Sales Associates Start between $17 - $19 per hour, depending on experience
