Job summary
The Patient Service Representative II provides friendly and efficient patient experience by demonstrating customer service skills and using technology to manage patient care including registration appointment scheduling assisting other clinical specialties and assistance with departmental projects and clerical duties.- Ability to prioritize work and management time efficiently.
- Obtains demographic insurance information from the patient inputs data accurately into the patient management system.
- Processes maintains all schedules for the area of responsibility communicates schedule changes as needed.
