    Description

    Manage accounting functions, drive financial strategy, and assess performance in this Director of Finance role. Key responsibilities include revenue and expense reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and monthly financial reporting.

    • Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; master's degree or CPA preferred.
      • Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple contracts.
      • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial reports, scientific journals, and legal documents.
      • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access; excellent organizational and time management skills.
      • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
    • Essential Functions:
      • Prepares accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
      • Develops and enforces internal financial policies and procedures, ensuring security and compliance.
      • Supports budget and forecast preparation, collaborating with the regional Vice President.
      • Oversees financial oversight of sector contracts and supports management reporting, including P&L, inventory, AR, AP, and analytical reports.
      • Leads and mentors a finance and accounting team that supports the sector.

    Compensation: $95,000 - $150,000/yr. Schedule: 1st shift, 8am - 5pm
