What You'll Do
You will play a critical leadership role within a growing technology services and telecommunications organization, bringing a disciplined, detail‑driven, and results‑oriented approach to building and scaling a high‑performance sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across Managed Services and Enterprise IT solutions while developing top‑tier sales talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute structured training programs for new and existing sales professionals
- Own hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of sales talent within the Managed Services and Enterprise IT space
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets across a portfolio of technology and managed service solutions
- Drive creativity, consistency, and accountability in sales execution, pipeline development, and opportunity management
- Collaborate with executive and cross‑functional leadership to negotiate and close complex, high‑value strategic deals
- Create and implement activity‑based KPIs that support funnel health and predictable revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and visibility into sales performance for senior leadership
- Partner closely with operations, finance, and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Align sales strategies with organizational growth objectives, market dynamics, and evolving customer needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of business growth and scalability

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience within the IT, Managed Services, or technology services industry
- 5+ years of sales management experience leading high‑performing teams focused on Managed Services and Enterprise IT solutions
- Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets
- Strong ability to develop, communicate, and execute sales strategies that produce measurable results
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Proven experience creating, managing, and analyzing KPIs and sales performance metrics
- Track record of successfully hiring, onboarding, and developing sales professionals
