Job Details:
Pay: $105 Hr.
Monday - Friday 8:30a-5:00p with every other weekend (Same Hours). Will have days off during week when working weekend shift.
Type of Patients/Cases: Family Medicine - Outpatient Internal Medicine Patients - Cold/Flu/Diabetes Management/Chronic Conditions. Providers need to be comfortable doing things the Kaiser way and consult with the patient (Example - Provide a flu shot if they haven't gotten a flu shot, even though they are there for their knee or scheduling them for something else)
Patients per Day: 3 Scheduled Patients per hour with 2 blocks scheduled for Mentor Spots. 20 Minutes per patient. Must be comfortable with telephone visits and video visits;
No Call
EMR: Epic
Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 90 Days

Requirements:
Active unrestricted CA License & CA Furnishings
Active BLS certifications
1 year of experience
Board Certified
Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
