Job Summary
The Wellness Associate reports to the Wellness Director and the Wellness Manager and provides services and care to each Resident based on the individual Resident Service Plan.The CNA/Home Health Aide (Wellness Associate) assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing dressing eating toileting hygiene mobility if needed maintains an awareness of each resident's general state of physical mental health reports changes at once to wellness director keeps inventory of medical supplies on hand assists in finding shift coverage when unexpected call outs occur develops helps maintain assignments for wellness director responds to resident emergencies provides first aid arranges appropriate medical follow up;
- Assists Residents with clothing laundry needs if instructed do so.
- Answers calls assistance attends resident needs promptly.
