    Sr. Manager, Human Resources Business Partner ?

    The

    Sr. Manager, Human Resources Business Partner

    will proactively define, create, and implement value-added HR strategies and programs for Bauer Hockey and Cascade Maverick Lacrosse.

    This role will work with employees, leaders, and key stakeholders to help build organization and people capability, shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the company.


    Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
    Proactively support business groups with effective HR initiatives that enable department goals and priorities.

    Lead workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, talent management, development plans, and compensation planning with the business.


    Assess employee training and development needs based on business strategy to help close gaps between current and future skill sets.

    Focus on enhancing the quality of leaders and managers, building skills and capabilities.

    Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective hiring strategies and practices to acquire the right talent.

    Work closely with employees to create relationships at all levels in the organization. Act as a trusted advisor and coach.

    Handle and resolve employee relations issues by conducting effective, detailed, and objective investigations. Guide and coach managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex people issues.

    Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

    Leverage best practices and identify opportunities for efficiency to drive continued improvement.

    Help drive DEI within the organization.

    Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

    Develop effective partnerships with key cross-functional stakeholders.


    Qualifications:
    BS or BA degree or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.

    7+ years of progressive human resources experience in corporate settings, supporting various departments.

    Knowledge of relevant employment law, labor relations and basic knowledge of all functional areas across Human Resources.

    Proven track record as a strong business partner with the ability to demonstrate business acumen.

    Understanding of business objectives and the ability to translate those objectives into HR priorities.

    Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate, facilitate and present at all levels of organization.

    Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to diagnose problems, resolve conflict, and develop effective solutions.


    Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize data to make decisions and/or recommendations that impact the business.

    Strong organizational, project management and change management skills.

    Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and independently determine the appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures.

    Ability to thrive in ambiguity and influence leaders.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office.

    Travel as needed and/or required by essential job functions.
