    Job Title: Manager, Systems Management

    Overview

    Specialist Management Solutions (SMS) is a pioneering approach to high-quality, lower-cost outpatient surgical care. Working with employers nationwide, SMS connects employees and their family members to specialty surgeons in their communities who help them choose the right settings for their procedures. We are seeking a Manager, Systems Management to drive user experience, improve engagement between customers and suppliers, and ensure the success of the SMS Salesforce platform.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead development and operational support of applications on the Salesforce platform for SMS business line.
    • Determine product value to the business relative to cost, functionality, security, and compliance.
    • Provide vendor relationship for the SMS Salesforce platform.
    • Establish proactive collaborative relationships with vendor partners and monitor vendor performance and compliance.
    • Configure the SMS Salesforce platform to meet SMS business needs.
    • Create processes, procedures, and documentation necessary to operate efficiently for the Salesforce platform & applications in an ever-changing environment.
    • Collaborate with other IT teams to deliver optimal solutions to the business.
    • Build leadership influence with all customers, internal and external to IT, to help understand real-world problems and become a thought partner with recommendations and solutions.
    • Lead and provide direction for the team, while setting a positive example through exceptional work performance.
    • Ensure the team is focused on delivering results and providing value to the business that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
    • Adapt business or departmental plans and priorities to address operational challenges, gaps, or opportunities.
    • Create a new team of direct reports and develop the team by understanding their personal growth opportunities, desired career ambitions, and opportunities for mentorship to help them succeed.
    • Lead performance monitoring programs designed to measure and improve Salesforce applications/platform effectiveness.
    • Develop a passion to learn and grow both technically and professionally so that learning becomes contagious across the team.
    • Be accountable for the success and/or failure of all initiatives and results by the team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of Salesforce operations or other technology relevant experience.
    • At least 2 years of manager or lead experience required.
    • Expert in Salesforce administration and business operations along with a good understanding of Information Technology operations.
    • Experience with Salesforce systems (scoping, configuring, implementing, training, etc.) is required.
    • Familiarity with general healthcare industry regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, facilitation skills, and the ability to negotiate and influence effective outcomes and drive results.
    • Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
    • Great attitude in high-pressure situations and multiple priorities.
    • Ability to collaborate across IT Teams.
    • Comfortable with being empowered to lead the development and operations of solutions on the SMS Salesforce platform.
    • Ability to provide direction to others that is clear, concise, and promotes efficiency throughout the organization.
    • Able to clearly explain Salesforce issues in a way that non-technical people can understand.
    • Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive and critical feedback on a regular basis.
    • Commitment to SCA Health Vision, Mission, and Values.
    • Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Teams.
    • Proactive, decisive, action-oriented individual.
    • Ability to travel 20% of the time as necessary.

    Salary Range: $135,000.00/Yr - $145,000.00/Yr
