- Be accountable for the success and/or failure of all initiatives and results by the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce operations or other technology relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of manager or lead experience required.
- Expert in Salesforce administration and business operations along with a good understanding of Information Technology operations.
- Experience with Salesforce systems (scoping, configuring, implementing, training, etc.) is required.
- Familiarity with general healthcare industry regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, facilitation skills, and the ability to negotiate and influence effective outcomes and drive results.
- Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
- Great attitude in high-pressure situations and multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate across IT Teams.
- Comfortable with being empowered to lead the development and operations of solutions on the SMS Salesforce platform.
- Ability to provide direction to others that is clear, concise, and promotes efficiency throughout the organization.
- Able to clearly explain Salesforce issues in a way that non-technical people can understand.
- Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive and critical feedback on a regular basis.

- Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Teams.

We are seeking a Manager, Systems Management to drive user experience, improve engagement between customers and suppliers, and ensure the success of the SMS Salesforce platform.
