The position is responsible for providing leadership ensuring safety of all participants and supervision of children in all planned activities in the presence of staff members.Responsibilities
-Provide a safe and healthy environment both physically and mentally to ensure the operation of a quality Children's program.-Must possess skills to adequately teach and lead camp programming specific to art
-Ensures children are aware of rules daily scheduled routines
-Attend all staff meetings YMCA as required to meet educational requirements establishes in-service training.
