    As a Landscape Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in every phase of our projects, from conceptualization through to construction document production.     Key Responsibilities

    • Design Development: Lead the design of innovative and sustainable landscapes for municipal projects, ensuring functional standards are met.
    • Site Supervision: Travel to job sites to oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring adherence to vision and plans with minimal overnight stays.
    • Documentation: Produce comprehensive construction documents and ensure all project specifications and municipal regulations are met.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure seamless project execution.


    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
    • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in commercial landscape design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating past projects.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in landscape design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Project Management: Proven ability to produce detailed design and construction documents, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
