  • What this job involves

    As a Property Administrator at JLL, you will apply your commercial property management admin experience to support our office property management team by interacting with tenants and vendors, facilitating financial reports from Yardi system, collecting rents, processing payments in Yardi system, managing and maintaining accounts payable by way of coding invoices input in Yardi – Pay scan system, tracking certificates of insurance, tracking work orders, completing vendor contracts.   • A high school diploma is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • (2+) years of experience supporting a commercial property management team is required.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills. Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Experience in: Microsoft office, Excel, Word, IMPAK work orders system, YARDI, AP/AR, certificates of insurance, tenant and vendor interaction, contracts, filing.
