    Clinical Applications Specialist

    We develop technologies that manage millions of medical images every year, shaping the industry and transforming care for radiologists and clinicians.

    Responsibilities

    1. Serve as a software expert to clients and internal team members, providing technical expertise, support, and training on PaxeraHealth applications.
    2. Conduct webinars and workshops to demonstrate and provide technical expertise, support, and training to clients remotely and on-site.
    3. Create presentations, videos, and other training materials required for webinars, workshops, and training sessions.
    4. Interface between clients/potential clients and company development team, forwarding pertinent suggestions and ideas to development for inclusion in future enhancements of software.
    5. Participate in the product development process, identifying product gaps and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
    6. Develop and manage software documentation and technical support content, including user manuals, video-based tutorials, and training tools.
    7. Attend conferences and exhibitions, meet with clients, and demonstrate PaxeraHealth medical imaging solutions.
    8. Work together with technical teams and user groups to solve clients' problems with available technology.

    Requirements

    • Experience as a radiology technologist or in a similar clinical role, with a deep understanding of medical imaging and its challenges.
    • Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar field.
    • Strong presentation skills with sales ability.
    • Ability to absorb and convey highly technical information.
    • Hands-on and customer-centric approach.
    • Must be able to travel occasionally to demonstrate to clients and attend trade shows.
    • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Ability to work as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and information technology.
    • Pass a drug test, criminal background check, possess a valid driver's license, and have an acceptable driving record.
