Aibel Endodontics is a patient centered, quality oriented dental specialty practice in Albany, NY seeking a committed, dynamic and efficient Dental Assistant. Applicant must be energetic, dependable, a team-player and self-starter. Our team is always attentive to our patients needs in order to ensure that they have an exceptional visit.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
• Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting and seating.
• Assists with four-handed dentistry.
• Documents dental care by charting in patient records.
• Take digital radiographs.
• Ensures operation of dental equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Contributes to team effort.
• Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.

Requirements:

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, optimistic and possess great time management skills.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work while preserving a positive office environment.
• Ability to be a self-starter.
• Experience preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
