Scooters Coffee House at Gulf Coast Hospital in Fort Myers
Part time Baristas Wanted Both Day and Night shifts
Strictly Enforced Health Code Procedures are as follows
- no jewelry (facial, or other)
- no airpods
- no nails (can use gloves)
- hair has to be covered at all times
Need to have open availability Need to be able to work morning and night shifts
Base pay $11 + tips
Must to be able to travel to all 4 hospital locations (Lee Memorial, Gulf Coast, Cape Coral, and Healthpark)
Must be 18 years or older and have your own transportation.
Not hiring anyone under the age of 18
- Morning Shift 7am or 8am-2pm
- Night shift 2pm-8pm

OVERVIEW
As a Barista you'll prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages while providing fast, quality customer service. You'll ensure the store is clean and sanitary, products are stocked, and fun is being had on every shift.

JOB DUTIES
Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned.
Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages, as well as various sweet offerings, in accordance to established service standards (i.e. coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, pastries).
Clean, sanitize and maintain store.
Strictly enforced dress code + following all health code procures
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
Stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils as needed.
Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicate shortages as necessary.
Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings.
Assist with various administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockroom, coordinating vendors, etc.
Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues.
Receive, unload and distribute deliveries.
Other duties as assigned.
Must work a closing shift, a weekend shift and have flexible availability.
Must be reliable and able to work all shifts. We can work around a college schedule
