Location: Lansing, MI

Duration: 12 Months

Required skills:

for designing, developing, and executing automated test that can verify software functionality and performance.
writing Structured Query Language (SQL) to identify and create test data
in Smoke, Regression, functional and performance testing criteria
performing user story sessions with customers
developing success criteria during the development of user stories
with documenting test plans, both manual and automated, to validate positive and negative validation criteria
with providing requirements/user story traceability reports
with providing requirements/user story test coverage metrics
with the Agile SDLC methodology utilized in the development of new systems and enhancements
providing test effort estimations and daily stand-up status reports
working with developers to identify risk areas within the application that may require additional testing
in running smoke tests for each deployment/release
to evaluate and document test results, including defect reporting and management
to work and communicate well with all levels of IT coworkers and users
to prepare detailed written instructions and technical documentation using industry best practices
to work under pressure and tight timelines and diagnose and resolve complex problems quickly
