    Every other weekend and holiday rotation required


    Floating:
    Required to float to all psychiatric units as needed (Adult, Adolescent, Stabilization)


    Estimated Weekly Salary:
    $2020 - $2070

    Registered Nurse Qualifications

    Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

    Pennsylvania RN license required for PA residents; Compact nursing license accepted for non-PA residents

    Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in psychiatric, behavioral health, or mental health nursing

    Experience working 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays

    Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills

    Ability to float between psychiatric units as needed

    Psychiatric Nurse Responsibilities

    Deliver direct patient care in inpatient psychiatric units (adult, adolescent, stabilization)

    Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

    Administer medications and monitor patient responses in accordance with psychiatric nursing protocols

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, progress, and behavioral health interventions

    Provide crisis intervention, therapeutic communication, and support to patients and families

    Promote a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment for all patients

    Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning

    Float to different psychiatric units as required to support facility needs
