    A Sales Engineer/ Lead Generation Specialist is needed for a leading manufacturing organization in Alpharetta, GA.

    The Sales Engineer/ Lead Generation Specialist involves identifying and nurturing potential leads for our sales team through various channels like cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.

    This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, and strong communication skills.


    Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, along with proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, particularly within a B2B context.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, persuasion, and analytical abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in CRM software and a results-oriented mindset geared toward achieving targets.

    This is a direct-hire role, and our client is only seeking local talent at this time. The client is offering uncapped commission in addition to a base salary and benefits.
