- Understanding of complex chemical processes, pharma manufacturing guidelines, high

- Provide highlevel troubleshooting and implement corrective actions.
- Highly responsive and provide quick support for 24hour operations.
- Ability to handle multiple competing/conflicting priorities.

- Ability to interface with customers, host plant visits, and facilitate plant presentations.
- Support commercial team discussions, vet new opportunities objectively, and analyze and

Job Description*Job Summary: *Direct management of an FDA cGMP Polymer, Bulk Manufacturing, and Unit Packaging facility.
This includes overseeing production, maintenance, warehouse, quality assurance, operational
excellence processes, quality control, and safety processes. Responsibilities also encompass
extended planning for capital projects, maintaining weekly/monthly reporting, and close
collaboration with EHS and Quality.
